NEW YORK, N.Y. - The Rangers have agreed to terms with forward Josh Jooris and restricted free agent defencemen Dylan McIlrath and Tommy Hughes.

Hughes, 24, had nine points in 59 games for the Hartford WolfPack of the American Hockey League last season.
